Here is how to RSVP:

1. Once you fill out the form below, we will add you our calendar.

2. You will be contacted to confirm your date, space needs, and any marketing or additional information we may need to have everything ready for your day.

3. Show up! On your selected day(s) we will have the required street closure (on Burlington) or reserved Parking spots ready for you.

Please note: We connect you with one of our local businesses to secure a Village Permit (food trucks are not allowed in Clarendon Hills and the permit requires a “sponsor” business). Your sponsor business is not your contact for the event. Your primary contact will reach out to you once you RSVP.

About Clarendon Hills and the 12 Scoops of Summer:

  • The 2025 Summer Scoops Event runs for approximately 12 weeks, Every weekend, 12pm-8pm. First date is Saturday June 21, 2025 and the last day is August. Organized by the Clarendon Hills Village Board and Volunteers, 12 Scoops of Summer is a response to an overwhelming community response to not having an Ice Cream Business is town.

  • Downtown Clarendon Hills is home to restaurants and retail, but we recently lost our beloved Ice Cream Shop. This is a major void for the many young families that live in our village.

  • Clarendon Hills is ranked on Niche.com as the #1 in Best Places to Live in Illinois, and #7 in Best Place to Raise a Family in America. Our residents are enthusiastic about spending time in our downtown with their families and connecting with their neighbors. All residents of Clarendon Hills live within 1 mile of the commercial district, and walking with the family into town on summer evenings is a part of our “small town” culture.

  • Our Village is home to roughly 4000 households and the Market attracts shoppers from neighboring Hinsdale and Westmont. Learn more about Clarendon Hills here.

  • We strive to met a need in our community and also a welcoming, enjoyable, and profitable for our Vendors.

  • Clarendon Hills is home to shoppers. Our returning event vendors have described our town as “small, but everyone here is BUYING.”
