When we invite vendors to our events, we strive to create a selling experience that is welcoming, accommodating, and profitable.
The Clarendon Hills Chamber is committed to providing a whole community experience and we work to include a variety of attractions to draw customers.
Clarendon Hills Chamber of Commerce has been hosting an Oktoberfest celebration since 2022. A family friendly event featuring live music, a bags tournament, food, drink, activities, and of course beer.
Oktoberfest continues to gain popularity and attracts visitors from throughout the Western Suburbs and beyond. We are looking to grow the event and offer more to our regulars while attracting new shoppers to our community.
Our goal is to primarily host sellers of antique and vintage goods, with space also available to crafters and artists as well. Preference will be given to sellers specializing in unique and one of a kind items.
Market Participation for our inaugural year is FREE. If your application is approved, you will be required to complete a vendor agreement and reserve your spot with a $100 deposit which is fully refundable after successful participation (timely arrival and set-up, stay for the entire event, leave the space as you found it, etc.)
